NOTICE ON HOW TO SUBMIT A WRITTEN COMPLAINT
Based on the provisions of Article 6, Paragraph 3 of the Act on the Provision of Services in Tourism ("NARODNE NOVINE" No. 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20 and 70/21), the user of the service is allowed to submit a written complaint:
- in our business premises,

and they will be notified without delay of the receipt of the complaint in writing, at our business premises, by post or electronic mail.
We will respond to the user's written complaint on the merits of the complaint in writing, by mail or electronic mail within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
For this purpose, we ask consumers to state their name, surname and address for communication in the complaint.
